Content Development

Destination Photography -Travel Writing - Brochures - Catalogs - Marketing - Advertising

Content is the images, copy, design, and narrative that make up your advertising, magazines, catalogs, brochures, websites, point of purchase displays, hang tags, posters, videos, CD/DVD's, broadcast programming, etc.

Quite simply, content is the information you put in front of a potential client or customer to entice them to invest in your product or service. Often the marketing and advertising material you create is the only contact you will have with a prospect during the critical purchase-decision process. But not all content is created equal.

Today, marketers have an almost infinite number of sources to acquire relatively inexpensive content, but the modern American consumer is also saturated with a constant flow of pre-packaged, royalty-free images and messages. To break through our cluttered culture and connect with your target audience, you need to present something different. You need a communications strategy with content that can deliver an authentic message.

Authenticity, however, requires more than a witty headline or pretty picture. It requires an understanding of the goals and aspirations, the fears and expectations, and the core characteristics that define the lifestyle of your target audience. It is impossible to connect with an audience without authenticity and it is impossible to create a consumer experience with a generic message.

It is this understanding that I hope to communicate in my work and to your audience. To do this we will need to go beyond features and benefits to find the authentic message that will stimulate, entertain, educate, and challenge your prospects.
Is your marketing message making a connection?
